1. Adults only

CostaDelLove is for adults aged 18 or older. By creating an account or using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Discreet community

The service is a private members circle for the Costa del Sol and nearby coast. Treat other members with respect. Harassment, spam, impersonation, non-consensual sharing of private content, or illegal activity is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent ban.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your alias, messages, galleries, and any content you upload. Do not share login credentials. You may delete your account from Profile settings (“Nuke Account”).

4. Content & grants

Profile photos are optional. Private galleries may be locked until you grant access. Granting gallery access is at your discretion; you may revoke it at any time. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

5. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms. Members may file reports from profiles and conversations. Decisions are final at the operators’ discretion.

6. Availability

The service is provided as-is without warranties. Features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for outages, lost messages, or third-party misuse beyond what local law requires.
